At Hoverfly, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with their original tags in the shipping bag and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
